During my time at SPJ London, I secured an internship at Genpact UK within their Risk Consulting division. Over four months, I worked on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of emerging technologies and regulatory compliance, including designing a GenAI risk framework for banking clients, contributing to Basel 3.1 capital adequacy assessments, and developing a model validation toolkit for AI systems. The experience was immersive, intellectually rigorous, and deeply aligned with the academic knowledge I was building in class. It also led to a full-time offer from Genpact, marking a successful career transition for me into the world of risk and advisory consulting.
