Bio

Dr Sadia Riaz is a Reader in Information Systems, Innovation and Design at SP Jain London School of Management, specialising in human–computer interaction (HCI), digital transformation, and AI-enabled learning models.

As Programme Director for the BBA and MFMB programmes, she leads programme strategy, curriculum design, and delivery, embedding interactive, tool-based pedagogy to strengthen student engagement and employability. She also directs faculty recruitment and development, supporting teaching excellence across the School.

Her research spans AI risk assessment and resilience, cloud computing challenges, big data analytical frameworks, and the use of generative AI in higher education.

With senior academic leadership experience across global campuses, her work focuses on building future-ready, innovation-driven learning environments aligned with the needs of Generation Z and beyond.
